Some weddings feel like a breath of fresh air—effortless, heartfelt, and brimming with love. Hailey and Andy’s Chattanooga wedding chapel marriage at Saints Peter and Paul Basilica was exactly that. With a reception to follow at The Venue Chattanooga their guests were welcomed by a boho-inspired aesthetic featuring fall vibes, pampas grass, and a stunning burnt orange and navy color palette. Their day was filled with as much joy as their love story.
Hailey and Andy’s journey began online, where their connection quickly grew through texts and conversations. Their first date at a golf range set the stage for the fun, easygoing relationship they’ve built over the past two years. Whether watching Jeopardy! together daily or cooking side by side, they love spending time together and creating new memories.
The morning of the wedding was filled with excitement and quiet reflection. Hailey and her bridal party got ready in a light-filled suite, where soft laughter mixed with the hum of final preparations. She wore an elegant white gown with a plunging neckline, complemented by delicate jewelry and a boho-inspired bouquet featuring pampas grass and warm, earthy tones. Meanwhile, Andy and his groomsmen suited up in navy tuxes with burnt orange accents, a stylish nod to their autumn color scheme.
One of the most emotional moments of the morning was Hailey’s mother helping her put on her necklace, a heartfelt keepsake gifted before the ceremony. These quiet moments between mother and daughter were filled with love and nostalgia, setting the tone for the beautiful day ahead.
Hailey and Andy’s wedding day wasn’t just about the aesthetics or the celebration; it was about something much deeper. Their favorite moment? That first kiss as husband and wife in their church, Sts. Peter and Paul Basilica, one of the most breathtaking Chattanooga wedding chapels. With its Gothic architecture, intricate stained-glass windows, and grand altar, it provided a magnificent setting for their vows. As they exchanged rings, the gravity of the moment was felt by everyone in attendance.
Faith was woven throughout their wedding day, bringing an added layer of significance to their union. Their ceremony at this Chattanooga wedding chapel was not just a legal commitment but a deeply spiritual one, honoring the foundation of their relationship and their shared beliefs.
After the ceremony, guests made their way to The Venue Chattanooga, a space the couple fell in love with for its open layout, inviting bar, and perfect atmosphere. This premier venue in the heart of Chattanooga provides a stunning, versatile space with both indoor and outdoor options, making it ideal for weddings of all styles. The warm glow of string lights, elegant details, and breathtaking mountain views created the perfect backdrop for their boho-inspired celebration.
Hailey and Andy made their grand entrance into the reception, met with cheers from their loved ones. The tables were decorated with earth-toned florals, flickering candles, and rustic elements, adding to the intimate, cozy feel of the evening.
One of the biggest surprises for Hailey and Andy? Just how fast the day flew by—something every couple can relate to! They made the most of it by including special moments like a private last dance, which ended up being one of their best decisions. It gave them a quiet, intimate moment together before the whirlwind of goodbyes and farewells.
While every wedding has its share of planning tweaks, Hailey and Andy were thrilled with the choices they made—especially splurging on a trolley for transportation. This vintage-style ride added a touch of charm and made for some incredible photos as the couple and their wedding party laughed and celebrated together. Looking back, their only regret was not getting a full group photo at the reception. If they could do it again, they’d have the DJ call everyone to the dance floor for a quick picture!
Their biggest piece of advice for future couples? Take your time. There’s no need to rush wedding planning, and allowing for a longer timeline ensures a smoother, less stressful day. Oh, and one more thing—they can’t recommend having a wedding coordinator enough! (Huge shout out to Ophelia’s Wedding Planning!)
As the evening came to a close, Hailey and Andy were sent off with a dazzling sparkler exit, a perfect way to end such a magical day. With the glow of golden lights surrounding them and the cheers of their friends and family ringing in the night air, they stepped into their next chapter hand in hand, filled with excitement for the future.
Being part of Hailey and Andy’s wedding day was such a joy. Capturing all the little moments—the looks, the laughter, and the love—was an absolute honor. From the carefully selected boho-inspired florals to the intimate, joy-filled exchanges, every detail was a reflection of their unique love story. As they shared, “You were great. I think you did your best to capture everything that you can!” Knowing that my photos will bring them back to these moments for years to come means the world.
From a meaningful church ceremony at a Chattanooga wedding chapel to a celebration at The Venue Chattanooga, Hailey and Andy’s wedding was a beautiful reflection of their love. A holiday weekend, time well spent with family, and thoughtful details made it truly unforgettable.
