Mountain Willow Manor

Perched on the side of White Oak Mountain, Mountain Willow Manor blends the charm of a Victorian farmhouse with the sweeping views and spacious grounds of a classic barn venue. From the willow tree beside the manor house to the gazebo on the pond to the detailed molding and vintage wall paper inside the manor house, this venue offers a stunning mix of rustic and refined. Whether you’re dreaming of an outdoor ceremony with mountain views or want versatile reception space for dining and dancing, Mountain Willow Manor has something special for couples who want a polished, natural setting for their day.

From the moment you step onto the grounds, it’s clear that Mountain Willow Manor is something special. The manor itself feels like a page out of a Jane Austen novel, with its Victorian-meets-farmhouse architecture, soft natural light, and thoughtfully designed interior spaces. It’s both cozy and grand—ideal for those quiet getting ready moments and emotional first looks. The outdoor ceremony site is my favorite spot on the property, framed by a backdrop of rolling hills and anchored by a beautiful willow tree and gazebo that add so much visual charm to portraits.

Mountain Willow Manor is located in Georgetown, Tennessee—just 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga—and can host up to 150 guests. Rental rates vary by day, with Saturdays priced at $6,900, Fridays or Sundays at $5,900, and weekday weddings starting at $4,000. Each package includes full access to the property from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., getting ready suites, standard tables and chairs, on-site staff, and access to all indoor and outdoor spaces. The venue features a Victorian farmhouse-style manor for getting ready, an outdoor ceremony lawn with mountain views, a pond and gazebo, and the Carriage House barn for indoor receptions. In case of rain, the Carriage House serves as the alternate ceremony location. With modern amenities, full kitchen access, restrooms, and ample parking, Mountain Willow Manor provides a flexible and well-equipped setting for your wedding day.

For couples drawn to barn venues but wanting something with more polish, this space strikes a really unique balance. You get the pastoral feel, but with a manor house that elevates the whole experience. I especially love that it offers so many vignettes—whether it’s portraits on the stone steps, golden hour by the pond, or a quiet moment inside the parlor—each part of the property adds depth and beauty to your gallery.

That willow tree, in particular, makes for one of the best first look locations I’ve found in the area. Its low, sweeping branches create just enough privacy while still feeling open and romantic. Not far from there, the pond adds a peaceful, natural elegance to the grounds—and if you're up for a little adventure, there's even a canoe that lives on-site. One of my couples had their florist decorate the canoe with florals and greenery for portraits, and the result was breathtaking. It was whimsical, romantic, and entirely unique—a photo op that truly embraced the spirit of the venue.

If you’re dreaming of a wedding day that feels both elevated and grounded in nature, Mountain Willow Manor is worth a visit. I’d love to help you envision how this space could bring your celebration to life!

Mountain Willow Manor
Wedding Days

Mountain Willow Manor has so much to offer, but a few things are worth noting as you plan. The rain plan shifts ceremonies into the Carriage House—a functional but rustic barn space with warm lighting and visible conduit that feels visually separate from the manor’s elegance. The tin roof also makes it quite loud during rain, which can be a distraction during a ceremony. It works best with a DJ who offers uplighting to help transform the space for evening celebrations.

The Carriage House is also used for receptions and offers tons of flexibility, but its aesthetic is more casual than the rest of the property. The groomsmen’s getting ready area is tucked away and not very accessible, so I typically focus getting ready coverage in the manor house, which is bright and beautifully styled.

Another important detail: this is a completely self service venue, meaning there is no on-site venue manager or staff. For couples hosting their wedding here, I strongly recommend hiring a planner and solid vendor team to help keep everything running smoothly. The contrast between the elegant manor house and the more rustic barn can feel a little visually disconnected at times, but with a little planning—and a great vendor team—can go a long way in making every space work beautifully.
